What You’ll Do:

Oversees and conducts research which provides information regarding the market feasibility of potential new business opportunities for LCS and its clients.

Develops innovative techniques for LCS consumer and market research, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Utilizes AI to assist in designing survey instruments, gathering and analyzing data, and reporting findings.

Communicates results and interpretation of research in a professional, credible manner for decision-making to internal and external parties.

Grows LCS thought leader by presenting compelling research findings at industry events.

Oversees the use of outside research vendors including vendor selection; cost review; process review and supervision; coordination with internal research requestors; and sharing of results with LCS work teams and clients.

Facilitate efficiencies in advertising, marketing and sales through target market definitions, Salesforce data analysis, psychographic segmentation, surveys and focus groups.

Oversees LCS resident satisfaction survey program, as well as community participation in additional third-party resident satisfaction survey programs.

Oversees the in-person mystery shopping program which provides insights and recommendations regarding the sale experience at communities.

Provides oversight for, and analysis of, the ongoing evaluation of key economic indicators such as home sale volumes and home sale prices in current and future LCS market areas.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of a 4-year degree in Marketing, Market Research or related field.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantitative and qualitative consumer market research.

Knowledge of industry data sources, analysis and interpretive techniques, vendor services and software.

Knowledge of current and emerging market research techniques and methodologies.

Ability to design quantitative research studies, moderate focus groups and facilitate in-depth individual interviews

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Well-developed abilities to manage and motivate a market research team.

Excellent conceptual, analytical, objective judgment and decision-making skills.

Ongoing education necessary to maintain current quality of LCS market research services and to develop new techniques to expand scope and quality of the research.

Additional Information Travel frequency: 10-25%
