What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Research, verify, and update reference databases for hospitals, helipads, airports, air ambulance bases, customers, insurance plans, and payors
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through diligent online research and validation
Maintain organized data structures and efficient electronic filing systems
Accurately enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets
Perform basic data analysis to validate quality and integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate’s degree in healthcare, Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or related field, or equivalent experience
2–5 years in data analysis, data management, or research
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), including pivot tables and macros
Strong SQL skills for data profiling, validation, transformation, and reporting
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and spatial data (GIS preferred)
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo)
