The Opportunity As Senior Director, Global Product Strategy Duvakitug – you will define the long‑term strategic vision and lead the global product strategy for Duvakitug, translating scientific innovation into long‑term brand and business value. This key global leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s strategic direction, driving launch excellence, and maximizing long‑term value across key markets. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to translate scientific innovation into compelling commercial strategies ensuring success throughout its lifecycle.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Develop and implement the global brand strategy for Duvakitug, including launch planning, lifecycle management, and indication sequencing – ensuring this is shared with internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Align global forecasts, target product profiles (TPPs), and clinical endpoints to support strategic coherence and commercial success.

Translate clinical and scientific data into differentiated value propositions and messaging tailored to diverse stakeholders.

Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders.

Lead global launch readiness efforts for Duvakitug, partnering with regional and affiliate teams to ensure market preparedness and alignment.

Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities, including new indications.

Drive lifecycle planning and indication sequencing to optimize long‑term brand value.

Partner with Regional Commercial Teams, R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access to guide evidence generation and asset decisions.

Support, partner and lead for the success of our Sanofi collaboration – building strong win‑win relationships and helping define an agile partnership model.

Oversee market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance tracking (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and adapt plans as needed.

Engage with KOLs, advocacy groups, and external stakeholders to shape brand perception and support scientific exchange.

Accountable for global brand strategy, global campaign assets and core messaging for Duvakitug, ensuring consistency and relevance across markets.

Drive storytelling excellence to communicate Duvakitug value to HCPs, payers, and patients.

This position will be based out of Parsippany, NJ in a hybrid work environment, 2‑3 days onsite.

Your Experience And Qualifications Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced degree a plus.

Minimum 15 years experience in commercial / marketing / sales leadership roles – including significant people leadership experience required

Examples of developing strategy, leading to outstanding long‑term commercial results through teams

Recent experience working in a Tier 1 market (US or EU 5) – preferably last 5 years

Senior Marketing experience in a market / LOC preferably as a launch lead including working across global stakeholders (R&D, Medical, HEOR etc)

Experience in multiple therapeutic areas – preference for experience in Immunology.

Performs broad range of work with substantial autonomy

Recognized as expert by the business inside Teva

Travel Requirements

Approximately up to 20% travel to support key meetings and cross‑functional planning

Compensation Data The annual starting salary for this position is between $210,000 – 275,625 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
