Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
N&S Supply LLC is a distributor of Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, Kitchens, and Bath products. We are proud to serve builders, contractors, and their customers with 11 locations in NY’s Hudson Valley, Capital Region, and Danbury, CT.
N&S Supply LLC includes 2 brands [N&S Supply and Capitol District Supply] that began individually as family businesses over 70 years ago, serving their local communities, growing and expanding locations, and being passed down through three generations. Both became a part of the Watsco family – N&S Supply in 2019 and Capitol District Supply in 2023 – allowing further expansion and resources.

This is a full-time role for a Territory Manager located in Albany, NY. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts within a designated territory. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, providing product knowledge and support, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
Experience in sales, account management, and business development
Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and HVAC industry
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to read engineering drawings & blueprints
Responsibilities include:
Maintain relationships with current customers
Preparing & Conducting Sales Presentations for customers
Visit job sites and customer's offices
Communicating sales forecasts and industry changes internally
Creating and presenting customer quotes
Working with Purchasing and Vendors to gather and prepare Job Quotes
Coordinate with Inside Sales to write and complete customer orders
Territory:
Territory covers the Capital Region- working on the surrounding areas from our locations in Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady.
This position is hiring to be based out of our Albany branch, but other branches as the 'home branch' for this position are possible.
Compensation:
Base Salary + Earned Commissions
If goals are met in year 1, expected range is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time- especially in a vehicle
Technical expertise or understanding in one of the industries is preferred.
Ability to timely travel to various job and/or customer locations throughout the day, in a secure fashion, utilizing reliable transportation. A company vehicle is not provided, although mileage is reimbursed at customary rates.
