Overview: The Senior Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in driving sales process efficiency, supporting business operations, and ensuring accurate execution across all customer and internal transactions. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical ability, and deep understanding of ODM/OEM operations. The ideal candidate excels in coordinating cross‑functional processes, managing complex order flows, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute end-to-end sales operations activities, including order management, forecasting, shipment coordination, and issue resolution. Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure operational accuracy and timely delivery. Support Account Managers in strategic account planning and operational execution. Manage sales data integrity across CRM and ERP systems; ensure accurate reporting and documentation. Prepare and analyze operational and business performance reports to support management decision‑making. Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives to streamline communication and workflow. Coordinate quarterly business reviews and operational reporting for key customers. Support pricing, quotation, and business review preparation in collaboration with internal teams. Contribute insights on demand planning, capacity alignment, and customer forecast analysis. Maintain a professional and responsive customer interface for escalations and key accounts. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline. 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Account Support roles. Strong business background with experience in ODM/OEM industries is highly preferred. Deep understanding of sales order flow, supply chain coordination, and manufacturing operations. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency. Team‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Seniority level
