We have an aggressive schedule for development and release of next generation De-escalation Devices (aka TASER) products. The OPM group is driving capacity expansion to ensure that new products can be built at scale with high yield and low cost, and we need highly skilled, motivated, technical people to set expectations and drive results from various internal and external factory and design teams. You will be exposed to a wide range of functional teams and activities, and never a shortage of opportunities to make an impact across the organization! As an Operations Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable Axon to scale our manufacturing operations effectively. This role focuses on driving manufacturing capacity expansion, integrating operations following mergers and acquisitions, and supporting seamless new product introductions (NPIs). You will serve as the connection point between product design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure factory readiness, efficient processes, and world-class product launches. What You’ll Do

None Lead cross-functional programs to deliver capacity expansion, M&A integration, and NPIs. Drive factory readiness for builds, coordinating across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and product management. Develop build schedules and oversee execution of qualification builds. Partner with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to align on specifications and requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify production challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Drive commissioning and validation of automation equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Improve manufacturing efficiency and quality through continuous process and equipment optimization. Create documentation including statements of work, RFQs, and standard operating procedures. Perform data analysis and DOE coordination during qualification builds to drive decision-making. Communicate effectively with leadership, preparing executive-level presentations and reports on progress, risks, and recommendations. What You Bring

1-3+ years of experience in program management within operations, manufacturing, or product development Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, automation equipment, and quality systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in dynamic, high-change environments (“operating in the gray”) Strong collaboration & communication; experience in bringing teams together to achieve common goals Takes initiative & drives results for complex, multi-functional activities in dynamic and fast-paced projects. This role is based out of our Scottsdale, Arizona Headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
