Join Us on Our Journey We are currently looking for an AVP, Websites and Digital Marketing to join our team.

The AVP, Websites and Digital Marketing is responsible for the company’s digital ecosystem, including websites, Google Business Profiles, profiles with other digital registries/lead aggregators/review sites, owned social channels, and paid digital efforts. This role collaborates with various stakeholders to own and personalize the consumer digital experience, predict customer behavior, create segmented lead campaign populations, and track and assist with channel/journey automation. The position leads digital lead generation and plays a key role in intercompany lead referrals and revenue.

The AVP, Websites and Digital Marketing develops compelling digital marketing plans, website content, conversion rate optimization, testing plans, and ROI driven paid media programs across multiple BUs. This position is responsible for identifying trends and new tools to improve the digital customer experience (CX) and lead generation. This role is a collaborative partner with the full Marketing Team and Sales Leadership of all the BUs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

7+ years’ experience in digital marketing in a marketing context

Mortgage, Real Estate, or Financial Services experience

3+ years of Marketing Lead generation experience with substantial paid budgets, including prospect/customer segmentation, journeys/retargeting, test & learn, funnel conversion, program measurement, and report automation

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) tools (WordPress and Wix)

Proficiency in Google (AdWords, Console, GTM, GA4) and Meta)

Prior experience with Online Review Management tools for solicitation and response, and optimization of GBPs and other review sites

Solid skills and experience in the Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PPT

Prior experience delivering referrals to multiple business units strongly preferred

Previous experience managing people and leading teams strongly preferred

Programmatic Media experience is a plus

Experience with CRM/Email platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Total Expert, or similar is a plus

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Strong analytical skills

Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment

People management skills with the ability to coach and train others

Strong time management skills

Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities

Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance for working groups

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is between $120,000.00-$145,000.00 annually

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
