Develop and execute a multi‑year roadmap for accounting automation and transformation aligned with enterprise goals. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation within the accounting organization. Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning) across accounting processes such as journal entries, reconciliations, close cycles, and reporting. Lead the design and implementation of automated workflows and intelligent solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Partner with IT and finance systems teams to evaluate, select, and implement automation tools and platforms. Oversee integration of automation solutions with ERP systems and other financial technologies. Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business unit leaders to ensure alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives. Develop training programs and communication strategies to support change management and user adoption. Ensure automation initiatives comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess impact and drive continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in transformation or automation leadership. Proven track record of leading large‑scale process improvement and automation initiatives. Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., D36d, AX, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Power Automate). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels. Other qualifications or experiences acceptable. Information
