Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in business law and is looking for a firm where mentorship, client relationships, and professional development are prioritized.

This role will primarily involve transactional work (drafting and reviewing contracts, business formation, and compliance). Candidates should be comfortable taking initiative, managing deadlines, and communicating directly with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and maintain business contracts, corporate formation documents, operating agreements, and other transactional materials

Assist in developing and implementing proactive legal solutions for clients through ongoing client compliance and contract reviews and employee handbooks and more

Track and manage transaction timelines, filing deadlines, and client deliverables while maintaining organized and accurate records

Communicate directly with business clients to provide tailored legal guidance and practical solutions

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop strategies that help clients prevent and resolve potential legal issues

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active Colorado Bar license (or eligibility to waive in)

1–3 years of experience in civil litigation, business transactions, construction, or related areas

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard legal practice software
