Opportunity Information
2 FTE medical director and 0.5 FTE clinical
Preferred experience building and managing trauma program with acute care surgery component
Medical director will lead a team consisting of trauma surgeons and APCs
RVU bonus potential based on productivity
Sign‑on bonus
Hospital: Memorial Medical Center, 423‑bed, Level 2 trauma
Completion of one ATLS course required
Shift requirement: 91 12‑hour trauma surgery shifts (possible back‑to‑back shifts)
EHR: Epic
Stable and growing group
Position Details
Starting base salary: $538,111
5 FTE medical director and 0.5 FTE clinical

Critical care fellowship preferred
RVU bonus potential based on productivity
