About the Role Responsible for prompt delivery of various on‑site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction. Requires flexibility to provide coverage at many sites throughout the region.

Your Impact

Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.

Reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.

Strong focus on providing good customer service.

Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.

Responsibilities

Copy/Print Production: prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests, review of files, printing, binding, quality control and tracking.

Mail/Courier Services: prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery and processing of all courier items, tracking of courier and accountable items and response to customer requests.

Reception/Office Services: general front office duties, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling conference rooms, receiving deliveries and set up of food and beverages for meetings.

File Room/Records File Services: filing assignments, file database maintenance, coordination of special projects and keeping file rooms intact.

Device Maintenance: customer satisfaction through maintenance of reprographic equipment, routine upkeep, evaluation of issues and notification of service department.

Shipping/Receiving: receiving and verifying shipments, operating equipment, data entry and inventory maintenance.

Inventory Services: monitoring and reporting inventory movement, identifying slow moving or obsolete inventory, initiating physical inventories.

About You

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.

Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.

Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Willingness to learn new skills and interact with new teams on a regular basis.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

May require driving between multiple client locations and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend for extended periods.
