Role Description This is a part time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in North Bergen, NJ. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing customized behavior intervention plans, and supervising the implementation of these plans. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting and analyzing data, providing parent education and training, and collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The BCBA will also participate in case meetings and provide support to therapists and staff on behavior management strategies.
Qualifications
Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
Experience in Parent Education and Psychology
Behavior Management skills
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
BCBA certification required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a teamExperience working in clinical or educational settings is a plus
Pay Rate $80-$100 per hour
