Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, hours are 11:00am-7:00pm on weekdays and 8 hours on weekends based on appointments with families

About the Role: Parent Facilitator
Utilize your experience, education, and training to improve families’ positive relationships and functioning.
Complete comprehensive assessments.
Facilitate the development of Family Nurturing Plans.
Facilitate in-home family sessions through the provision of Family Nurturing Program curriculum and lessons.
Provide families with linkages to basic needs and services.
Plan and facilitate family group meetings and family building events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social work; Child, Youth, and Family Studies; Psychology; Human Development; Special Education or related field required.
Minimum 2 years direct experience working with children who have Developmental Disabilities required.
Minimum one year experience providing family support services preferred.
Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen
Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of current vehicle insurance coverage.
