Compensation Range Hourly: $26.25 - $35.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job Commerce Bank, based in Kansas City, MO, is looking for a dynamic, service focused and technically adept individual for our Systems Support Analyst role in our Commerce Financial Advisor divisions. Commerce Financial Advisors comprises nearly 30 advisors across five states, who collectively serve $4.4 billion in brokerage and advisory assets through its collaboration with Commerce Bank and Commerce Trust. The ideal candidate should be a motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Essential Functions

Perform reconciliation of various files

Act as liaison between business unit and IT, facilitating changes, upgrades, enhancements, etc. for CFA Systems including Salesforce.

Collaborate and provide guidance to others, at all levels in the organization, to identify, understand & fulfill business reporting and/or data needs

Design, test, and assess data prior to producing results

Provide information for the completion of both internal and external audits, ie SAS 70, Sarbanes Oxley, as well as internal reporting for all CFA systems & partnering to support regulatory reporting and compliance

Provide subject matter expertise & serve as a go-to resource to all levels of internal and external users

Assist with system maintenance, user permission, enhancement and bug testing when necessary

Identify problem trends and makes recommendations for improvement/solution to management

Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors

Partner with CFA Sales & Support managers on new hire onboarding and/or training on brokerage applications

Responsible for documentation, training and development of training documents when technology or initiative is implemented

Strategic management and understanding of long-term system roadmap

Assist with Business Continuity Planning

Perform other duties as assigned

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

Salesforce knowledge preferred

MoneyGuidePro experience preferred

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance or business-related discipline equivalent combination of education and experience required

3+ years in information systems required

Securities Industry and related fields experience preferred, including basic regulatory compliance & standards of conduct

Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
