Job Description
To provide technical support for our customers and sales team. Supports the lab and production team with product development and process improvement. Primary Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries. Support customers by interacting with our lab, technical management, and sales staff via phone and email. Prepare performance projections of our products manually and using proprietary software for ion exchange resins, activated carbon, and specialty separation technologies and products. Enter and manage data in CRM. Report to outside sales on all customer communications, both national and international. Collaborate with sales and technical management to provide timely and accurate answers to technical questions and customer inquiries. Proficient in general water purification technologies, including ion exchange resin, activated carbon, and specialty adsorption technologies. Utilize our extensive technical library to solve customer applications and provide solutions. Assist in authoring papers for publication at trade shows, presentations, seminars, and training classes. Assist with R&D projects and new product development. Contribute to technical writing of sales and marketing materials. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry. 5+ years of water treatment experience. Ion exchange experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements
Valid driver's license. Occasional travel by airplane. Ability to stand for long periods. Light lifting. Work Environment
Full-time, on-site in an office, laboratory, and chemical production facility.
