What You Will Do
Operate multiplex flow cytometers, cell sorters, microscopes, and related imaging platforms; troubleshoot instrument problems and collaborate with field engineers.
Design high‑complexity multiparameter fluorophore panels for legacy and full‑spectrum flow cytometers to maximize signal while minimizing fluorescence spillover.
Guide and train team members on facility use and maintain personal accountability for prioritized projects.
Work in a biosafety level 2+ laboratory; maintain laboratory safety and perform risk assessments for new activities.
Basic Qualifications
PhD, PharmD, or MD with cytometry experience preferred; or Masters degree and 2+ years of cytometry experience; or Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of cytometry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Life‑science education and prior biopharmaceutical or academic experience.
Good documentation practices and scientific conduct per SOPs.
Leverage AI/ML analytical platforms and collaborate with data scientists.
Integrate flow & imaging cytometry with adjacent single‑cell technologies (e.g., RNA‑seq, CRISPR screens).
