Project management: prepare detailed drawings, coordinate with architects and contractors, oversee construction sites, manage timelines and budgets.
Compliance and standards: ensure designs meet local, state, federal building codes, conduct inspections, and provide certifications.
Problem solving: identify and resolve design and construction issues, provide technical advice during construction phases.
Documentation and reporting: prepare and present reports and proposals, maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 0+ years of experience in structural engineering or related field.
Skills: proficiency in CAD software, strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations, excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, attention to detail.
