Base Pay Range
$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Cash Flow Monitoring: Track daily cash activity, prepare short‑term cash forecasts, and elevate significant variances to senior finance leadership.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements; support annual reporting cycles.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with internal departments to gather budget inputs, monitor performance, and explain variances.
Audit Support: Coordinate audit‑related activities and compile documentation for tax, insurance, and retirement plan audits.
Process Improvement: Evaluate current accounting practices and propose enhancements for greater accuracy and efficiency.
Ad‑hoc Analysis: Deliver timely financial analysis to support business decisions and leadership requests.
Team Leadership
Oversee select finance team members, which may include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA or CMA certification.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Acumatica.
