What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Seek out and drive new business opportunities with new-to-employer organizations across your territory
Convert viable prospects into active employer clients, managing the full sales conversation and negotiation
Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to ensure sales metrics are met
Manage complex high-revenue sales across diverse business environments
Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments
Experience selling to sales leaders and executives
Business development or new-client acquisition experience in a selling role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives
Willingness to conduct travel as needed
