Contracts Manager - Manager Level 2 (Mid-Level Manager)

Location: Redondo Beach, CA. 9/80 schedule, every other Friday off.
In this job, you will:
Provide advice and counsel to senior leadership on contractual risks and obligations along with interpreting terms and conditions
Oversee strategy, coordination, approval, submittal and negotiation of proposals
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience including people management experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience including people management experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Leadership experience
Contract management experience
Experience with MS Office Suite
No clearance required to start
Preferred Qualifications
Contract administration or contract management experience in Defense or Aerospace industry
Experience managing cost-type or firm fixed price (FFP) procurement contract types, experience with Other Transactions is a plus
Experience with federal government contracting requirements; FAR/DFAR interpretations
Proposal development experience
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI access

Primary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00
