Overview
Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Coordinator CFD Research is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This person may also be asked to provide additional support as needed to the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) teams, communicate with Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders, and overall provide a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential and passive candidates through online databases, job boards (Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media platforms, Internet sourcing, Boolean keyword searching, and networking to identify top talent for our organization. Scheduling complex panel interviews with candidates. Review applicants and update statuses in Applicant Pro (our Applicant Tracking System) to effectively shepherd candidates through hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. Career Fair / Hiring Event travel may be required periodically depending on the demands of the TA team to represent CFD effectively. Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, Agency recruitment or high-volume recruiting role. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, research and candidate generation skills (e.g., Boolean search, job board platforms like Dice, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, etc.), and ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills. A Proactive, results-driven mind set with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle complex interview scheduling with multiple Outlook calendars, including both face-to-face and virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams and communicating interview confirmation emails to candidates in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a metric driven environment. Ability to learn Windows, Microsoft Office Tools, and ability to create and update basic Excel Spreadsheets, PDF and Word Documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers and candidates. High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in a related field is also a plus. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Location
This position will be onsite and primarily work out of one of our offices: Corporate HQ, in Huntsville, AL or Beavercreek, OH. There may be opportunity for Telework flexibility, depending on experience level.
