About the Department The Learning & Development team drives global Transfer Agent (TA) training initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service. Team members collaborate across business units, sharing expertise and supporting each other’s growth.
How You Will Add Value
Training Planning & Development
– You will design and develop training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and mentors to create effective training content.
Assess skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
Coordination & Logistics
– You will organize training schedules and logistics for maximum efficiency.
Manage administrative tasks, including room bookings and session communications.
Participate in meetings to support training initiatives.
Training Delivery
– You will deliver engaging instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings.
Coach employees and monitor their progress.
Evaluate new hires within their first 90 days.
Evaluation & Feedback
– You will track attendance and measure training effectiveness.
Compile feedback and recommend improvements.
Share evaluation results with managers.
Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
– You will update training materials and stay current with policy changes.
Work with quality and compliance teams to identify training needs.
Support continuous improvement efforts.
Experience, Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of corporate training experience.
Financial services or Transfer Agency experience required.
Technical Skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to design and deliver training using various methods and tools.
Soft Skills
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Work Schedule & Location This position follows a hybrid work model based in St. Petersburg, FL. Employees are expected to work on-site full-time during designated training sessions to ensure successful onboarding and integration. Standard work hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm local time.
