Position Overview The Accounts Payable Specialist II is primarily responsible for the daily processing of invoices. These activities include ensuring invoices are coded to the appropriate spend category, cost center, loan number (when applicable), and supporting documentation for compliance and company policies. The Accounts Payable Specialist II works directly with internal customers and external suppliers to resolve issues.

Job Responsibilities

Process invoices to pay suppliers timely.

Work collaboratively with branches and resolve inquiries promptly.

Process and scan invoices into the accounting system.

Prepare and record journal entries.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Skills

High School diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of accounts payable experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
