Overview Financial Analyst will provide data‑driven insights and financial support across Landry’s portfolio of restaurants and hospitality brands. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role is ideal for early‑career professionals passionate about turning numbers into strategy and eager to grow within a fast‑paced, multi‑unit organization. The analyst will play a key role in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to help drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Partner with operations leadership to identify and implement strategies that improve restaurant profitability
Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, and other tools
Support restaurant managers in planning and tracking performance improvements
Deliver insights at regional and management meetings, highlighting trends and opportunities
Conduct cost and performance analyses to support decision‑making
Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, coordinating with relevant teams
Lead planning calls and conduct restaurant visits to support operational goals
Assist in budget creation, business planning, and new restaurant pre‑opening financials
Support technology rollouts and special projects across departments
Perform financial audits and provide coaching to ensure compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, formulas, conditional formatting)
Experience with SQL and Microsoft Access preferred
Strong mathematical and data analysis skills
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
