Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States of America (Remote)

About the Role As a CBRE Transaction Manager – Healthcare, you will provide ongoing management of real‑estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties. This position is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients.

What You’ll Do

Implement real‑estate plans aligned with clients’ strategic goals; assist with project initiation, scope definition, prioritization, and adherence to milestones.

Act as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent to negotiate business terms effectively.

Coordinate sales negotiation through a field broker, including lease negotiations, renewals, and expiration monitoring.

Locate and acquire properties to meet clients’ requirements and timelines.

Disposition surplus space via subleasing, sales, or early lease terminations.

Review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates.

Track transaction and project activity closely; record savings, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Maintain a real‑estate project tracking system ensuring timely transaction completion.

Improve and adapt existing methods, processes, and standards; recognize broader departmental impact.

Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and influence shared‑interest parties to reach agreements.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day‑to‑day and moderately complex issues in processes and systems.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3‑5 years of real‑estate transaction experience; equivalent education and experience considered.

Healthcare transaction experience preferred.

Real‑estate salesperson license required.

Strong communication skills to convey expectations and manage complex information.

Leadership ability to motivate teams and drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.

Mathematical aptitude for basic financial calculations.

Compensation:

The minimum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $90,000 annually ($43.27 per hour) and the maximum salary is $120,000 annually ($57.70 per hour). Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
