Source, attract, select, and hire top talent to support business growth
Prepare and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with the company’s brand and objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR partners, business leaders and hiring managers
Lead full cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
Develop branding and creative strategies to attract candidates
Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future needs
Are You Ready To :
Provide strategic consultation to hiring managers on staffing issues, market trends, and sourcing strategies
Conduct interviews (face-to-face and virtual) and deliver training on recruitment best practices
Lead debrief meetings and guide selection decisions
Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events as a brand ambassador
Analyze workforce needs and recruitment metrics to improve processes
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies
Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and candidates
