Key Responsibilities
Contribute to full-stack development within an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Mentor and coach fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
Work with databases including MongoDB, DocumentDB, Neo4j, AWS RDS, and others.
Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implement CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Utilize containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Helm.
Design and deploy applications following established architectural patterns.
Contribute to open-source and inner-source repositories.
Collaborate across teams to define, design, and deliver scalable software solutions.
Use DevAssist tools like GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to enhance development workflows.
Stay engaged with the open-source community and current technology trends.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in full-stack development and Agile methodologies.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Experience with two or more databases: MongoDB, DocumentDB, Neo4j, AWS RDS, etc.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization.
Experience with API design, deployment, and integration.
Knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
