Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facility Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage repairs and renovations of assigned clinical buildings at various Naval Bases in the San Diego area. What You’ll Be Doing
Daily management of routine and emergency repairs by contractors. Attendance at all scheduled government meetings. Daily project status reports to government leadership. Development of estimates and ROMs. Collaborate with the project manager to establish project schedule and budget and monitor progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. Routine site visits to assigned clinics. Monthly reports for Parsons contract fulfillment. Required Skills
Background in electrical or mechanical engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience). Top Secret clearance. Strong working knowledge of NAVFAC, DoD, and federal contracting procedures preferred. Excellent communication, technical writing, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction schedules. Desired Skills
Must be willing and eager to learn new concepts. Excellent computer and software knowledge. Security Clearance Requirement
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
