They are responsible for managing existing accounts and contacting prospective businesses to facilitate growth in Jackson, MS and the surrounding area. The Lease Sales Executive – Western Region will be responsible for the following: Create target lists within assigned territory and aggressively pursue prospects. Develop and present sales proposals to new and existing customers for all product lines (e.g., rental, full-service lease, contract maintenance, etc.). Responsible for contacting new prospects via email programs, telemarketing, networking, and cold calls. Responsible for the establishment and growth of new lease sales in their assigned territory. Develop recommendations regarding fleet size and mix. Meet annual sales quotas and participate in ongoing sales and customer activities. Accept ongoing responsibility for customer service to his/her customers. Help provide rental analysis of market. Submit required reports to the VP of Leasing & Rentals. Other duties as assigned. SKILLS REQUIRED: Minimum 3 years of related experience in truck rental and full-service leasing sales. Familiar with heavy duty truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with cold call solicitation. Resourceful and results oriented. Understands administrative and service features of Full Service Lease. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook. Must have strong work ethic and commitment to extra hours when needed.
