We're seeking an HR Business Partner Chemtech Region Americas, where you'll drive regional HR agenda related to business strategy and Group HR initiatives including Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Processes and Guidelines, Performance Management, and other projects.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Drive BU HR business initiatives and support organization effectiveness to meet overall business annual and mid-range goals
Give strategic HR guidance on business organizational design, leadership assessment, workforce planning, outsourcing strategy, and decisions related to market entry or exit
Maintain awareness of the actions, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the role’s purview and provide informed HR counsel aligned with business priorities and ensuring mechanisms are in place for key stakeholders to give feedback on HR initiatives and key actions
Support meaningul management communications and ensure local input is taken e.g. via employee engagement survey helping to develop and nurture partnerships to ensure an efficient, open and trustful employee and management relationship
Drive the business talent acquisition strategy in line with business needs and ensure efficient talent sourcing at a strategic level
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education:
Master/Bachelor in HR management or business administration / employment law / international management in combination with relevant education / training program
Experience:
Minimum 8 years proven work experience as an HR Head within a multinational company operating in a matrix organization, 3-5 year working in a regional or multi country capacity
Solid understanding of HR related processes and tools, proven experience in organizational design, change management situations, establishing lean HR organizations and multi-site HR management
Consulting and influencing senior managers in challenging situations
Strong business acumen, talent acquisition, performance management and development and change management skills
