**Use Your Power For Purpose**DSRD Global Pathology Senior Associate Scientist has the competency to perform all aspects of routine histology and immunohistochemical procedures with minimal guidance/supervision, including tissue trimming, processing, embedding, and sectioning.May adapt standard procedures by applying knowledge and experience to accommodate non-standard endpoints and to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality Is multi-skilled and has a working knowledge of operations across the business to support collaborations with team groups and partner lines Works toward developing new immunohistochemical methods as requested and builds familiarity with RNAscope ISH assays. Masters Degree with 0 to 3 years of experienceB.
