About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Order-to-Cash UAT Lead
to join a mission‑critical eCommerce platform program with one of the most innovative technology organizations in the world. This is a
hands‑on, high‑visibility role
at the heart of a next‑generation subscriber commerce platform — a platform that powers order management, provisioning, billing, and financial integration at massive scale.
As the UAT Lead, you will drive the
planning, coordination, and execution of end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
across complex Order‑to‑Cash workflows, ensuring new features and releases meet both business and technical requirements. You’ll partner closely with engineering, QA, product, and finance teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality customer experiences from order initiation through billing and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, planning, and execution of comprehensive
UAT test strategies
across Order‑to‑Cash, billing, invoicing, and subscription lifecycle workflows.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product owners, QA, developers, business analysts, and finance stakeholders) to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
Develop and maintain
test plans, test cases, scripts, and execution schedules
aligned to product roadmaps and release cycles.
Execute hands‑on testing of new features, APIs, integrations, and end‑to‑end workflows, ensuring business requirements and customer expectations are met.
Manage
UAT readiness activities
including data preparation, environment setup, defect triage, and stakeholder sign‑offs.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams on resolution and retesting.
Provide detailed reporting on test execution, defect trends, release readiness, and overall quality metrics.
Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve UAT practices, release processes, and platform quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years
of hands‑on experience leading
UAT or QA efforts
in complex
eCommerce or subscription platform
environments.
Proven expertise in
Order‑to‑Cash workflows , including order management, provisioning, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Experience with
financial systems integrations
(Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms).
Strong background in test case design, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination.
Familiarity with tools such as
JIRA ,
Confluence , and
Postman ; experience with test automation is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and present results clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
