Teach and lead classes based on our proven curriculum. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Oversee the breadth of our programs to meet the high standards of The Little Gym International. Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow team members. Qualifications
1‑3 years of prior instructor or managerial experience in a gym, physical education program, or daycare/preschool program. Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus. Strong commitment to serving children, parents, and the community. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Benefits
