The Intel Customer’s (IC) Special Communications (SC) Team
Systems Integrator (SI)
role is a full‑time surge support position central to the coordination and smooth daily operation of the Customer’s SC team and its activities related to a specific communication device.
The surge support is needed from approximately December 2025 to October 2026 . As part of the SC team, the SI will be a trusted position to coordinate and manage activities related to a variety of sensitive topics to include technical communication policy, mission partner engagement, advocacy of wide‑ranging communication techniques and protocols as well as budget. With a small by dynamic SC leadership team, the SI will need to be adaptable, resilient under pressure, and capable of operating independently.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Track customer communications device services inventory and perform service activations, deactivations, and transfers as required
Engage with communications device stakeholders across the Customer space on service requests, troubleshooting, and device questions
Support the Customer in internal and IC meetings related to communications device usage, developments, and funding
Schedule and manage department briefings and engagements for the communications device community
Serve as the primary focal point for communications device‑related usage and funding
Assist with team Brain Book inputs and updates
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
Prior Customer experience with knowledge of IC applications, systems, tools, and protocols
Demonstrated experience with budget or resource management
Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities as well as anticipate requirements and potential issues
Demonstrated sound judgement and discretion
Proven ability to adaptively prioritize time‑sensitive issues
Self‑starter who is flexible and willing to meet the challenges and changing needs of a dynamic organization
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications:
Exposure to EE, RF, or satellite communications
Exposure to device communications systems
Exposure to communications counterintelligence products and policies
