U.S. – $145,000 – $234,000 per year, including base pay and short-term incentive.
Summary District Sales Manager – Instrumentation. Manage channel relationships and drive growth in the western United States.
What will you do? Develop business and operational plans with channel partners, lead execution to enable partner growth, and report to the North American Sales Director for Instrumentation.

Provide regular account updates and highlight opportunities and issues as necessary.
Disseminate training and campaign programs to keep partners up to date with the latest offerings.
Travel Up to 50% within the United States.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of channel management, sales, or distribution planning experience.
Strong account management and instrumentation selling experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative‑taking.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
