The UK and EMEA Billing teams open the majority of our client accounts and provide our clients with access to our many products across different platforms. The Service and Billing Team must ensure all billing requirements are met on each account and process renewal contracts, raise relevant invoices, and manage account amendments and credit notes.
What you’ll do
Perform all the relevant new customer checks and open new accounts, setting the customer up to access the relevant products
Check documentation is complete
Load invoicing files into the system
Action account amendments to pricing
Manage daily workloads
Follow all Compliance and Global Security procedures
Interpret requirements to ensure correct actions are met
Investigate queries through to resolution and fix the root cause
Identify process or system improvements
Update process documentation

What you’ll bring
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
1 or more years of experience in a similar role
Experience in Microsoft Excel
