Job Description :-

12 + years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role.

7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture

Salesforce Certifications:

10+ Salesforce certifications

Cloud Platforms:

Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related platforms.

Programming Languages:

Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools, SOQL, SQL

Integration Skills:

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools such as MuleSoft.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating effectively with cross- functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

Architect and Design: Lead the architectural design of cross cloud Salesforce solutions, with a deep focus on Core Clouds (Sales, Service and Community) ensuring scalable and efficient implementations. Design and build integration between Force.com and other enterprise systems. Ideally a good working understanding of MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Customization: Customize Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, to meet specific client requirements.

Data Strategy: Develop and implement data strategies that maximize the potential of Salesforce including data modelling, ETL processes, migration, LDV mitigation and data governance.

Release Management: Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce architecture, processes, and best practices.

Continuous Platform Innovation: Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and advise on opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities.
