About the Role This is an on‑site role in Louisville, CO, requiring five days a week at our headquarters. We are looking for a salesperson who loves selling to highly technical buyers in the Denver / Boulder, CO area. The role focuses on selling the JumpCloud Cloud Directory Platform to small and medium businesses and managing your own inbound lead flow.

You will:

Help prospective customers (IT admins, IT Directors, etc.) in North America understand the JumpCloud Cloud Directory Platform and how it solves user management, device management, access control and security challenges.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close.

Build your expertise around our highly technical product and keep up‑to‑date with a fast‑moving product release cycle.

Use Salesforce to update, manage and provide accurate forecasts to leadership each week.

Negotiate and close new business with small‑size businesses.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and team‑oriented skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts related to user needs.

Tremendous organizational skills and ability to perform in a high‑volume, high‑transactional environment.

Coachable and willing to implement feedback.

Location You must be located in the Denver / Boulder metro area and be authorized to work in the United States. The position is on‑site with five days a week at the Louisville, CO office.

Compensation Approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on level and experience, is $65,000 – $85,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.
