ServiceNow Integrator – Remote (FAA ISC)
SAIC is searching for an experienced IT professional to serve as a ServiceNow Integrator for the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). The role focuses on enhancing ServiceNow capabilities, integrating systems, and driving improvement of IT Service Management.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and operational integration.
Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules, driving improved workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience.
Foster platform-wide interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories, promoting a unified system‑of‑record across AIT and enterprise stakeholders.
Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between various tools and platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions that align FAA’s digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Implement ServiceNow enhancements and integrations, leveraging best practices to ensure iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with evolving mission and operational priorities.
Assist in promoting FAA business process reengineering and standardization to maximize the business value derived from integrated ServiceNow solutions.
Assist with providing all required documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts and training materials to support enterprise‑scale operations and adoption.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology + 10 years of relevant experience; additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third‑party applications.
Experience leading complex Integration projects utilizing the PMI framework.
Experience with technical leadership, client engagement, and presenting to large audiences.
Ability to obtain FAA Public Trust; citizenship required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Prefer Masters degree in IT field and 10+ years of related experience.
Strong preference for individuals with ServiceNow certifications, including Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer.
ServiceNow Architecture experience.
Scrum Master/Agile experience.
Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software.
