We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP CO and SAP FI/CA Fines Management to join our client’s ERP & Corporate Services team. In this key role, you will take ownership of a major SAP S/4HANA implementation project, driving financial planning, budgeting, and fines management initiatives from start to finish. You will be responsible for project delivery in terms of scope, time, budget, and quality, while leading discussions with experienced controllers and SAP experts across business and IT domains.
Responsibilities As a hands‑on SAP CO and FI/CA Fines Management expert, you combine strong leadership with deep functional and technical knowledge. You will guide the project team through all stages of delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and stakeholder expectations.
Your main responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the SAP S/4HANA CO and FI/CA Fines project from initiation to closure
Defining and managing project scope, planning, resourcing, and delivery according to PMO standards
Leading and coordinating workshops, stakeholder sessions, and functional reviews
Managing budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution
Creating and maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and reports for management review
Acting as the main point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management
Promoting collaboration, professionalism, and ownership within the project team
Profile
10+ years of proven hands‑on experience in SAP CO implementation (design to deployment)
10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in SAP FI and CO projects
Strong experience in SAP FI/CA and CRM, particularly in Fines Management
Proven experience in financial budgeting and planning projects, including SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
Demonstrated success managing medium to large IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile
Strong understanding of financial processes, change management, and cross‑module SAP integration
Background in the public sector or similar large‑scale environments is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage effectively across all organizational levels
Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken)
