The result is happier customers and more on-time closing.** **As a full-service agency, we can help customers find the right coverage for their circumstances from a wide variety of insurance products, including homeowners and renters policies, auto insurance, specialty items and special event endorsements, small business insurance, umbrella policies, and much more.****Summary**Oversee performance of National Sales Agents by supervising daily workflow, managing turnaround times, call center operations, resolving escalated issues, coaching & guiding team members, providing updates to management to support the achievement of department sales, quality, and productivity goals. Maintain a working knowledge of the sales agent role in order to support high volume times and assist with questions.**Primary Responsibilities*** Oversee daily sales operations, including call activities, workload and workflow management, staffing, and escalation handling to meet service level agreements and quality standards.* Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of carriers, products, and systems across multiple states.* Train, coach, and support team members on products, carriers, systems, and effective call handling techniques.* Manage recruitment efforts, including interviewing and hiring staff as needed.* Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development discussions; implement disciplinary actions when necessary.* Collaborate with leadership and peers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Identify and share opportunities to enhance systems and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.* Support implementation of process and technology changes by contributing to requirements gathering, user testing, and development of training materials.* Manage resolution of system and technology errors by identifying issues and escalating promptly to ensure accurate and continuous operations.**Preferred Competencies & Skills*** **Leadership & Development:** Motivate, develop, and guide individuals and teams; provide effective performance feedback.* **Coaching & Knowledge Sharing:** Share knowledge clearly and constructively; support others' learning and performance.
