WRNS Studio is seeking an
Interior Project Architect
for our
Seattle Studio .
Responsibilities
Manages projects of all sizes and levels of complexity
Provides project team leadership
Responsible for all phases of the project – schematic design through construction administration
Participates in the design control of projects in the design development, construction document, and supervision phases
Strong office space planning and architectural skills to include custom millwork detailing. Furniture systems a plus
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project execution
Working knowledge of permitting process with local jurisdictions
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years’ experience, architectural and interior design with strong technical and design skills
Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (BS/BA/BFA/MA/MFA)
Experience with commercial tenant improvements
Licensed Architect, or on the path to licensure
Strong communication, presentation and visualization skills
Experience in consultant coordination and all phases of design and construction
Experience in medium to large scale projects
Strong professional experience with RevitProficiency in using rendering software to create detailed 3D visualizations and models of interior spaces
Proficiencies with Adobe, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion and Bluebeam (preferred)
At the time of posting this job, the salary range for this position is between $85,000 – $110,000. Our final compensation decisions include a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and education.
