AVAILABLE SHIFTS: Full Time: weekdays, this person will drive the van roughly 10-hours per week included within the full time schedule
PAY & BENEFITS: Rates start at $19 per hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Handle service maintenance calls from residents in a timely manner
Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy duty cleaning, assuring that the entire community is kept clean on a consistent basis.
Preform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks.
Assist with apartment turnover, moving furniturein and out of apartments.
Handle snow removal and salt on walkways, sidewalks and entryways, as well as clearing residents vehicles during snowstorms.
Drive the van in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner
Assist residents in and out of the van at all times
Properly secure equipment including wheelchairs
Maintain a clean driving record
REQUIREMENTS:
Physical requirements : Standing, lifting (up to 30 pounds), bending
Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
License requirements : Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Must be able to be insured insured by community auto insurance (26+ years of age)
