This role will report to the **Director of Product Finance**. The team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for DaVita’s product portfolio. The Product Finance team delivers strategic business insights to executives on key elements of our product strategy and partners with management on the financial needs of our product teams.The successful Manager will serve as the: - Finance leader & business and thought partner - Trusted partner to drive accountability on committed actions and results## Essential Duties and Responsibilities* **Overall:** Act as the finance leader and business partner for assigned product lines and corporate support functions.* **Thought Leadership:** Interpret data, develop solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership. Create thoughtful, results-oriented presentations, anticipate questions, and drive engagement.* **Process Leadership:** Drive accountability to action plans committed by the leadership teams. Leverage your network to achieve project goals and create buy-in from stakeholders.* **Team & Relationship Management:** Employ strong EQ to build relationships with the team, leaders, and partners. Coach less quantitatively oriented leaders and teammates on how to leverage data to drive growth and achieve operational excellence. Coordinate with direct and indirect reports to ensure high quality, on-time, and accountable work from the team.* **Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):** Lead the annual budget cycle by collaborating with department heads to craft and submit detailed spending plans. Coordinate with lane owners to identify forecast-impacting variables to improve monthly financial projections. Perform variance analysis and interpret financial results for leaders across the organization.* **Analytics & Strategy:** Develop and monitor metrics key to evolving business needs. In partnership with leadership, develop and lead strategic analyses to drive growth and profitability across the product portfolio. Build and maintain decision support models.* Other strategic, operational, financial, or special projects as needed.* **Travel:** Up to 20%.## ## Desired Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.* 3 years minimum, 5+ years preferred in strategy or corporate finance roles such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development (M&A).* Demonstrable knowledge of financial statements, the relationships among them, and the underlying business operations they represent.* Experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods, such as operations analytics, financial forecasting, valuation analyses, etc.* Project management experience.* Simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects for competing internal clients.* Assume ownership and accountability for projects, including the timely delivery of analyses and the quality of the final work product.* Stretch “up” and “down” in responsibilities as needed.* Superior communication skills (successful track record of presenting to executive leadership preferred).* Superior judgment and decision-making skills.* Superior analytical abilities combined with a high tolerance for ambiguity.* Expert level computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel (expert), PowerPoint (advanced), Word, and Outlook (intermediate).## ## Essential Behaviors, Skills, and Attitudes Required for Success in this Position* Personal values aligned with DaVita’s Core Values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment, and Fun.* Have empathy, consideration, and respect for other teammates with the ability to work alongside individuals from diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds.* Self-starter with commitment to learning and a strong work ethic.**What We’ll Provide:**More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
