What You’ll Do — Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual assets across digital and print channels: e.g. brochures, infographics, trade show materials, social media graphics, e-books, banners, ads, presentations, and more
- Support campaign development from concept through execution, working closely with strategists, copywriters, and account teams
- Adapt and maintain client brand identities and style guidelines
- Design user interfaces and layouts for web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, microsites
- Work directly with clients and SFA staff to manage the design process, coordinate with freelancers, and oversee quality control
- Provide image retouching, photo editing, and illustration support as needed
- Prepare files for production (print specs, color separation, digital export)
- Review proofs and work with vendors/printers to ensure quality
- Stay up to date on design trends, B2B aesthetics, typography, and new tools
- Manage multiple projects under deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver on time
- Participate in creative reviews and critique sessions
What We’re Looking For — Qualifications & Skills
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of professional graphic / visual design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, print pieces, infographics, layouts
- Expertise working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Understanding of web design fundamentals: responsive layouts, grid systems, HTML/CSS basics
- Excellent typography, composition, color theory skills
- Strong communication skills; able to explain design rationale to non-designers
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects
Nice to haves (bonus):
- Experience designing in a B2B, industrial, healthcare, or technical domain
- Motion graphics / animation (After Effects) skills
- Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
- Exposure to digital marketing, campaign design, or data visualization
- Familiarity with print production processes
