Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) upgrade for a major client currently operating a homegrown WMS. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring a seamless transition to a modern, scalable warehouse platform. This person will be conducting requirements gathering sessions with end u across operations, IT, and supply chain to document current-state processes and define future-state requirements. They will be responsible for gap analysis to understand existing systems gaps and inefficiencies . They will be creating detailed process flows for warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management and forward thinking for more scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Proven experience supporting WMS implementations or upgrades.
Familiarity with homegrown or custom-built systems and the challenges of legacy modernization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in tools like Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and SQL is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with leading WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM)
