Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Location : Tysons, VA (5 days onsite) Employment Type: Direct-Hire Salary: Up to $105,000 DAY-TO-DAY Direct placement with our client, a firm that designs, builds, and maintains systems for mission-critical facilities across the world. The company’s capabilities include electrical, electronic security, telecommunications, life safety, automation and controls, audio visual, and IT systems. This role will be recruiting for their electrical construction team. JOB DESCRIPTION Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to identify and attract skilled electricians. Conducting hiring events and job fairs at hotels, association partners, and at our headquarters. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction or electrical sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Strong understanding of electrical trade requirements and qualifications.
