Job Description
· Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text (STT) and generative voice AI technologies such as Google, SoundHound, ElevenLabs, MirrorFly, and ChatGPT etc
· Skilled in creating test cases, logging defects, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation
· Solid understanding of Agile software development and active participation in scrum ceremonies
· Provide QA input during backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
· Experience with Smoke, Functional, and Regression testing
· Identify and document test scenarios and conditions; execute test cases across integrated systems
· Proficient in using Jira or similar tools for test management and defect tracking
· Strong knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, preferably NCR Aloha suite (Aloha QS, ATO, KVS, ATG, receipt printers, etc)
· Collaborate with development teams to plan, implement, and monitor end-to-end testing activities
· Conduct failure analysis and provide consistent testing status updates to teams and leadership
· Ensure engineering teams deliver quality products that meet defined business requirements
· An Individual who has excellent written and oral communication skills (Clear verbal skills to run tests against Voice AI systems)
· Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
