As a fast-growing startup, we value creativity, hustle, and resourcefulness—and we’re looking for a Warehouse Technician/Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, organization, safety) with technical expertise (testing, validating, and troubleshooting AV gear). You’ll work directly with world-class equipment while also leading and mentoring warehouse staff, ensuring smooth workflows, quality, and efficiency every day.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and organization.
- Test, diagnose, and troubleshoot professional audio, video, lighting, and rigging gear to ensure functionality and resale quality.
- Operate and train others on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with equipment preparation for customer pickups and shipments.
- Create and maintain systems for cataloguing, labelling, and tracking gear efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment, consistently enforcing safety best practices.
- Occasionally support early/late shipments outside of the standard 8am–5pm schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff or contractors, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Equipment Handling: Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
- Technical Ability: Skilled at testing, troubleshooting, and repairing common AV equipment issues.
- Physical Capability: Able to move heavy gear safely using dollies or manual lifting.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to maintain accurate inventory systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to oversee workflows, set priorities, and guide warehouse staff.
- Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.

- Technical Proficiency: Confident diagnosing and repairing AV gear; ensures equipment meets resale standards.
- Leadership & Oversight: Able to delegate tasks, train staff, and keep operations on track.
- Organization & Tracking: Strong inventory skills, keeping the warehouse streamlined and efficient.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintains a hazard-free, regulation-compliant environment at all times.
- Reliability & Flexibility: Dependable team player who adapts to shifting priorities and timelines.
