Role Description The Services Technical Excellence Program (STEP) is an intensive three-year rotational program designed to build technical expertise, industry knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills. It includes impactful roles and a curriculum to prepare program graduates for crucial business roles. Participants rotate through three one-year roles, such as Field Technical Services, Material Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Project Management, and Product Development. The program also offers technical, business, and leadership training by subject matter experts. Participants gain exposure to senior leaders and work directly with customers. Required qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline, graduating by May 2024. Willingness to travel and/or relocate within the US for assignments. Willingness to work in a shop environment. Legally authorized to work in the US without future visa sponsorship. Desired characteristics: Strong customer focus and results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly. Willingness to question and improve existing processes. Strong technical background.
